Certified Commvault Administrator

Last week my colleagues an I undertook training in Commvault Simpana, which is the backup software we are using. After the course we all took the exam and I'm pleased to say we all passed. So we are now Certified Commvault Administrators

First Post

Hi. I decided to start a blog mainly as a record of what I've been doing, as explained in the "About me" section I currently work in the IT Department of a local government and as such I have to support a variety of technologies as well as take part in multiple projects. I mainly spend my time working on application delivery through citrix and consequently most of my posts are likely to be about that too.

Right now I am working with a PS 4.5 installation on Server 2003 as well as migrating a few apps over to Xenapp 6 on Server 2008 R2. I have started to use Microsoft System Centre in conjuction with Xenapp and App-V to install applications on my Xenapp 6, as the installation manager on my PS4.5 has ceased to function in a reliable manner.
